BISOL, THE QUALITY OF A TRADITION

Bisol is a family run business, managed by Antonio and Eliseo Bisol together with their sons: Gianluca, Desiderio, Claudio and Alberto. The vineyards managed by the company extend to around 125 hectares, displaced over 20 holdings located in the best areas of the DOC Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. The flagship is the three hectares owned in the uppermost reaches of the Cartizze hill, currently valued at around one million Euro per hectare.The key to Bisol’s success is that it can govern the entire production line, with quality control from the “grape to the glass”, imposing production maximums, despite market requests for larger quantities: this is why the consumer, in a bottle of Bisol, will find the quality, the respect for tradition and the exclusivity that makes this product simply unique.Viticulturists in Valdobbiadene since 1542, Bisol offers the inspiration to discover the quality of a territory in all its colours, through an “all-encompassing” tasting, ranging from wine to gastronomy, from tourism to culture, presenting their prestigious sparkling wines and the delights of Jada (www.jada.it), a gourmet specialty line with niche products from the Veneto tradition, and proposing the beauty of the Altamarca Trevigiana lifestyle with the quality of hospitality at the Relais Duca di Dolle, an historic monastery restored with the same passion and respect for the surrounding environment that has always distinguished the family from Santo Stefano in Valdobbiadene
