Jeio brut  This wine is obtained from selected grapes grown on the hills of vaddobliadene atan average ALTITUDE OF 250 METERS. The vineyards yield a prosecco that is particularly rich in malic acid cold  maceration with the skins in contact overnight at a low temperature with the grape must assures remarkable extraction of varietal aromas that exalt the bouquet as well as fruity and sapid flavours. 

Color: Brilliant straw, yellow and an extremely fine and vivacious perlage.

Bouquet: The fruitness of the wine emerges  in a pleasing, fresh and elegant manner.

Flavor: Intensely recalls the pronounced fruitness of the bouquet.

 

Jeio ColmeiColmei is a dialect term referring to the summits of the hills best suited to the cultivation of vines.The Bisol family owns such marvelous hills in the extreme north of the province of Treviso close to the foot hills of the Alps.

Color: Straw yellow, the perlage is fine and vivacious.

Bouquet: Harmonious and Elegant, Full with pronounced Fruitiness.

Flavor: Full, soft with Emerging fruitness balanced sapidity lively.
